Pizazz Music Camp

Pizazz Music Camp's Purpose

  • The Pizazz Music Camp is an exciting adventure in music using singing, handbell and choir chime ringing, dancing and music enrichment.

  • A highly qualified staff teaches the basic and more advanced techniques of reading, singing and playing music, as well as rhythm and movement.

  • Research shows that children’s experiences in music are often linked to their success in reading and math, and this summer music arts program is designed to enrich any child’s education.

  • Celebrating its 28th year in 2020, Pizazz stresses the joy of music through a variety of musical styles, making use of a non-religious music arts curriculum.

  • In Pizazz 2020, students will have the opportunity to play a variety of instruments from the New West Symphony's Music Van, which will be at camp all week. Participants will explore the magic of music and movement with the thrill of a live “Music Colors the World” performance on July 31.

Parents' Comments

  • We are so grateful for this program and the variety of musical art exposure it provides our girls. We appreciate the degree of talent that the staff demontrates and shares with the campers.
  • As a former educator and musician, I have never seen such a wonderful program that explores so many various facets of the music world in such a short time, and at such a great price.
  • Our kids have been coming since 2009 and look forward to it every year

Students' Comments
